What's this program about?
This program is about turning your Web Site into a sales and marketing tool that makes you money. That requires high quality Content that keeps your customers coming back. Greer Group provides the Content, marketing tools and the technology. Making it easy and affordable to trun your Web Site into a sales and marketing tool.

Why is it important to have content on my Web Site?
According to Forrester Research, a leading Internet market research firm, high quality is the number one factor driving repeat visitors to your Web Site. Keep your visitors coming back and you increase your opportunity to sell more products and services, increase customer loyalty and account retention.

Where do you get your Content?
Greer Group has published "how-to" articles since 1991. As a result, our Library is extensive. Our articles are written by our in-house staff, contributing editors, each expert in their field. Where needed, we license Content and tools from others for redistribution as part of our package. All contributed or purchased content is clearly marked with proper attribution and copyright information.

How often do new articles appear on our site?
That depends upon your needs. You select the initial set of articles for your Resource Center Library. We work with you to set the appropriate publication schedule for future articles. We recommend a minimum of two articles articles per month. The most recently published articles are highlighted in the Featured Article section of your Resource Center and added to your Library. Articles rotate in and out of your Library based upon the publication schedule. 

Will the articles on our site be different than your other clients?
Yes and No. You select the articles that meet your needs and we tailor them around your products and services. So, while our articles may appear on multiple sites, it is unlikely that the same set of articles will appear.

How often is the Best Links on the Net updated?
Our staff continually scours the Internet and updates Best of the Net-Links Engine. In addition, your customers are encouraged to recommend links. That means that links are always fresh and relevant. 

How do we add the Content Site to our Web Site?
Adding the Content Site to your Web Site is a breeze.  We create a Content Site that matches your existing Web Site and all you need to do is link to it. It is really that easy.

How does the E-mail Subscription Package work?
The E-mail Subscription Package is one of our most powerful features. Your visitors subscribe to receive e-mail notification whenever new Articles are added to your site. We deliver a summary of the new articles to their e-mail box along with your marketing message and a link back to your site. In effect, putting your marketing message right on their desktop. It brings customers back to your site giving you the opportunity to sell them more products and services.

Does the Content reside on our server?
No, all content remains on our servers. However, your Resource Center matches your Web Site, making it transparent to your clients. (unless of course they are into reading URL's).

How do we know that your server is secure?
Our software resides on servers operated by one of the major hosting companies, INETU. This provides us with 24/7 support, blazingly fast connectivity over T-3 lines and firewall protection.

How do clients view the content?
Visitors view the content by going to your Web Site using a standard Web browser such as Internet Explorer 3.x or Netscape 3.x, or higher.

We want or already have Headline News feeds on our site, how do we integrate that into the Centers?
Since we build each client a custom opening page, Headline News feeds or stock quotes that you have purchased separately can easily be dropped into your opening page.

We already have calculators on our Web Site, can you integrate those into the Centers?
Yes, simailar to News Feeds we can integrate your Calculators directly into your opening page. In additon, our system is flexible enough to allow us to integrate the calculators directly into the articles, where appropriate. There is a nominal charge for integrating the calculators into the articles that will appear in your Center.

How does the Business Directory work?
The objective of the Business Directory is to generate significant income, cement customer relationships and drive both consumer and business traffic to your Web Site. You generate income through the sale of Enhanced Directory Listings. With an Enhanced Listing your business customers receive a Web page that describes their business, the ability to offer your visitors a special promotion using epromos and the ability to add their own Newsletter articles right to their listing.

You can market the Business Directory in several ways. For example, you can give all of your clients a Basic Directory Listing for free and up-sell them to an Enhanced Listing. Or, you can provide a free Listing with the opening of a new account. We work with you every step of the way to ensure your success.
